Just got settled in my friend eva’s flat in London and got another shooting confirmed with Erik, 25, here.

So now I do have 5! Thats gotta be some hard editing work with the 3 shootings in Berlin, but I’m looking forward trying different things.
London is sunny/cloudy right now, not like earlier with heavy rain. Lets hope it stays the sunny/cloudy way, I could really use that as all the shootings are outside.
Now I will just continue eating cookies and drinking tea with Eva and get some rest as I’m tired as hell.
See you!

Sounds like a plan to me. :)

This is my friend Sonia. Not sure why but she always reminds me of Charlotte Gainsbourg when I photograph her. Maybe because of her fragile appearance yet graceful movements.
Sonia, come to London, I command you.
Shot on cheap Fuji, PS adjustments.

I have been baking on a daily basis recently… not sure why. Maybe it just keeps me from writing my dissertation? *feels guilty* Today I felt like Mantecaos. They’re like small sweet biscuits that are said to be Spanish or Moroccan depending on what version you come across. That doesn’t matter, they’re tasty, that’s all I need to know.
For roughly 16 Mantecaos:200g flour100g sugar100g sunflower oil
Mix everything together with a spoon or just using your hands. Make some small balls of dough and gently press them (you don’t want them to be too flat either), then bake for about 10 minutes at 150°C. Mantecaos have to remain that kind of white/beige colour, if they start becoming golden, they’re overcooked already (then they’re hard like wood and just not very nice really).I added a bit of cinnamon in the dough for those and some cinnamon on top.
That has to be the easiest recipe ever?

My friend Jade called me today at 12 asking if I could photograph Ian Watkins from Lostprophets for Front Magazine at 2 in the afternoon. So here I am, leaving work and rushing to Planet Hollywood to meet Ian and Lee from the band and taking some photos in between interviews. No proper kit with me and about 10 minutes to shoot something to go with the interview for Front. We even had to borrow the lights from the previous team interviewing the guys.
I still had a fun time and the guys were cool to work with. Just spent the day hanging out and eating cake, I can think of a worse way to spend the afternoon…
